Anxiety and stress can take so many forms: you second-guess everything you do or say... you think you're not good enough at work or home... you procrastinate on quite a few things... you think you're lazy and/or feel guilty when you take some time for yourself... you overthink every. single. thing. When we work together, I help you set precise goals for the life you want to create. Then it's a journey of self-discovery: What drives you, what are your strengths, what are your values, how can they help you reach your objectives? What triggers your anxiousness, how do you cope, what works, what doesn't work?

By setting clear, specific goals you're much more likely to achieve your desired outcomes. Your coach helps you delve deep for lasting change.

06. Perspectives

Sometimes a shift in perspective is all that's needed to untangle a knot. Your coach helps you safely explore new angles and see what resonates with you. This helps to understand your triggers and how to better cope with your anxiety and stress.

05. Tools

You get a toolbox that works for you, based on cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), compassion-focused therapy (CFT) and other scientific research: materials for you to read, listen or watch, exercises, journaling, mindfulness, and relaxation.

02. Strategy

You design your strategy to reach your goals with your coach. It is unique to you, your needs and your values. By asking the right questions, your coach guides you to find the steps you need to take and how to take them.

03. Obstacles

Those can be conscious or not, or surprisingly they can be hidden benefits. Old patterns, beliefs, habits, and expectations that feed your stress and anxiety... Your coach helps you uncover what is at the root of it all and supports you in overcoming it.

04. Decisions

When you get to know yourself, your decision-making process becomes much easier and the mental fatigue and overthinking cycle can stop. Your coach gives you the tools and methods for you to tackle things.
