Wellbeing Workshops

I have designed three wellbeing workshops on what I know best: emotions, inner-critic and stress. How to manage my emotions? How to stop overthinking? How to handle stress? Our workshops help you to understand what is going on, why this is most likely happening and what you can do to tackle each one of these issues.


With each workshop, you get:

  • A deep dive into the topic, packed with useful information
  • Exercices to learn more about yourself on these topics
  • Group discussions to think together and help each other


As you can see, these are not lectures and you will actively participate (sharing only what you wish to share though, this remains a safe and confidential place).

At the end of this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Recognise what is happening
  • Have some ideas as to why this is happening
  • Choose from the tools we've seen together and see what works for you

If you are not too sure about coaching just yet but wish to take the first steps on your self-discovery path, this is a great place to start.
